We are well experienced in the supply of vehicles to the Film and Television Industry. Specialising in the provision of Taxicabs, we can offer the correct model and type of cab for any specific era, from the turn of the century to the present day.
All cabs are complete with period taximeters. illuminated signs, hackney carriage plates, and of course experienced drivers in this field can be provided. We can also supply taxi related props, i.e. hackney carriage stands, railway station signs, drivers badges, period luggage and trunks.
For the pre-war period, we can supply Renaults, Beardmore and Austin taxicabs. All are restored to their original condition, with the landaulette coachbuilt bodies, correct detail and authentic colours.
The later post-war cabs are Wolsey Oxfords, Beardmore Paramounts and the Austin FX3.
For present times we can provide the familiar FX4 Taxi, which has had slight variations in its design since being introduced in 1958.Alternatively there is the other, more modern, Metro-cab. Again available in a selection of colours.
On the foreign scene we have a pre-war Citroen Rosalie Taxi and a selection of American New York Style Checker Cabs all in correct livery.
In some cases we have multiples of each type of cab and if there is something we've not got, we certainly have the contacts to find it. We are able to provide safe and reliable transportation to locations.
The company itself has featured on Top Gear.
